The January 2018 NewSTEPs 360 All-State Webinar focused on improving the specimen delivery system and includes presentations from Mary Kleyn from the Michigan Newborn Screening Program and Cassie Dyer from the UPS State Government sector.
The first portion of the webinar features Michigan’s process for utilizing hospital specific cutoffs to evaluate time of specimen receipt and the second portion features the UPS delivery process and helpful communication tips.
