Kansas Newborn Screening Program: NBS Filter Paper Dried Blood Spot Unsatisfactory Codes

The Kansas Newborn Screening program has developed a poster to help visualize the types of unsatisfactory specimens, as well to provide guidelines to collect and ship specimens to the laboratory.
